Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 2-3 Business Days to process your order. Expect an email within 3 Business Days to let you know your order is on the way!

LOCAL PICKUP - Ballarat VIC
Orders can be picked up daily (Monday - Friday) between 9:00am - 5:00pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup which will include the pick up address. Orders will be held for 10 business days before being cancelled and a refund issued to your payment method minus a 20% restocking fee.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout. Free shipping will automatically be applied at checkout for orders over $100.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, please contact us via the email address listed bellow to organise return shipping (return shipping is at the customers expense) and once we receive the item and it is inspected to ensure it is in original condition we will process a refund for the full item amount minus the 20% restocking fee.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at 3dprintzballarat@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
